in the mists of time and yes it is slow, ponderous and stubborn but it
has to have some of these properties otherwise laws would change every
week wouldn't they.

Are you a sympathetic legal professional?
Would you be willing to donate an hour or two once a week holding
a surgery for people seeking help within the system. I know it's pro
bono but these people are desperate and need all the help they can,
in many instances they have had their legal aid spitefully removed.
Also any other help or advice will be surely accepted with gratituide.
