Well, where is a good place to begin?
No doubt you have read the articles above and been grounded in what I
would consider a very worrying state of affairs, how to stop this I wonder
though, if anybody can that is....
People are beginning to mutter about the totalitarian state and as mentioned
elsewhere when the establishment itself remarks on "nazified"
government, it is a sign that things are not good.
Now recently in a heated debate with someone on a newsgroup board, the
new bill is supposed to herald reform, fairer justice, a fairer system,
well I can say here and now its a pile of ordure.
At no point does this bill look at the state of crisis in Britain in
any way other than the view of social services, there are no safeguards,
the parents, the voters have not once in this bill been promoted as anything
except third party biological "babysitters" and treated with
less regard than any common criminal.
The Guardian comment points out a very alarming state of affairs, that
of social services demanding executive powers over education, it is a
warning of things to come...!
Although the government will deny it outright, Social Services or Social
Care and Health have grander views than just being family mediator's and
adjuncts to manage family crisis.
In a off the record conversation with a Senior Practioner at Bournemouth
Family Court recently, I discussed the impending Bill and its implications
and a very frightening disclosure was made in that the SP was confident
that executive powers over the Police would be granted "at the last
moment" in the impending Bill.
The executive powers that social services crave is the ability to order
their allied agencies to do their bidding or the agencies face disciplinary
charges if they fail to "do what they are told"...
OK, if the police were in this position, the so called liberty groups
would be screaming "police state" but hold on...
At least the Police have relevant training, a code of conduct, a duty
of care in all they do and above all a tried and tested system of evidence
gathering and presentation that whilst not 100% works well in most situations.
The above CANNOT be applied to social services, they are not trained
as the police are, the majority of them are working from textbook scenario's,
the government has given them carté blanché protection from
being sued for malpractice, false allegations etc and it seems that any
form of real evidence presentation only happens if they happen to have,
otherwise they just make it up as they go along.
I can foresee the scenario where schools and clinics are staffed by teachers
and nurses but run by social services and if they get the powers they
crave over the police, why not some aspects of the police force too?
It is a disaster unfolding and the government are forcing this dangerous
regimé onto its citizens WITHOUT any public consultation, this
is not democratic societal decision's, it's dictatorial and people in
this country will sooner or later find themselves criminalised for very
little or no actual crime.
What message though are our children being sent?
In Hitler's Germany, the child that was a member of the Hitler Júgend
was feared by its parents, fear of what though...?
Denounciation! And this government is handing very strong powers to children
over its parents with no fair system of recourse to them of proving their
innocence, children do tell stories, they do cry wolf and its understandable
because they are CHILDREN.
To hand them the power of ultimate dominance over their parents, sooner
or later children are going to work it out that they can ask for pretty
much anything because there will be no possible chastisement due to the
fact the child could readily say "you do that and I'll tell social
services of you"
When this current and forthcoming generations grow up to be adult's,
these children will not be disciplined in any way shape or form without
it breaking the law in some way, Labour and the Conservatives policy of
criminalising the masses will show its true colours then and the prisons
will overflow.
I would reitierate here and now, social workers ARE family workers and
mediator's, whoever had the crazy idea of turning them into a form of
secret family police has much to answer for and I can safely predict that
sooner or later the swingeing changes will ultimately end up in civil
disobediance as the people on the receiving end will have no other choice
but to take it to the streets, I can remember how angry I was when it
was happening to me, as more and more are affected, they will find common
solace in community and sooner or later something will light their fire.
Restrain the department's, reform the social workers
into what they should be....
People who assist families, not take and destroy....!
