These links portray a shameful picture of a country that is losing
control over protecting it's children, official response from the government
and related departments all claim "no problems" and indeed will
complain to higher authority if you press the issue
Reminiscent of Nero fiddling whilst Rome burned to the ground, it seems
that either there is a blindness that no-one except the victims of this
system can see past OR that the government, directors and other people
involved with this ARE fully aware of what is going on and are either
UNWILLING or UNABLE to correct this state of affairs
A thread through all of this is that Councils and Authorities are scared
to losing their workforce, the RPSSUK say this: If they are bad workers
then their loss is NO loss, social workers crave a professional status
then the status MUST be earned.
It is time for the government and Authorities to stop whining and covering
up their actions for some of the countries most disgraceful incident's,
hark on the fact that if it were a Surgeon or a Nurse or a Police Officer
that had commited similar levels of offences then there is no hesitation
to their downfall and the problem is addressed.
It is of no wonder that social workers are regarded as they are when
there is no activity to actually change their practices, they will never
attain professional status until they act professionally and not as a
"force" or elitist entity. At the end of the day, if the workers
are incapable of doing the job and the departments cannot offer retraining
or the worker is resistant to such training then GET RID OF THEM.
THEY ARE A MENACE TO SOCIETY
AND CAUSE MORE HARM THAN GOOD
These links are a small indication of the growing outcry of this
countries citizens, it shows a brutal picture of lazyness, incompetence,
blameshifting and cover-ups and corruption within many departments. It
is just another series of examples of how badly these people do their
job
