What a load of rubbish!

Anyone who has been on the receiving end knows full too well what Great Britian gives its subjects and it certainly isn't some prosaic rose tinted gift from the gods, I can tell you.

I will discuss Democratic Process, Justice and Equality in each section and how governments pull the sharpest tricks with these three words and the useage of social services.

Democratic Process:

Every fifth year or sooner, the populace must mass and vote in its MP's, these MP's are the regional voices in a centre of voices that should reflect the wishes of the nation, a cabinet sets national policy and the voices should reflect its constituents views in shaping that policy arounds its members.

Sounds good, doesn't it, OK I have simplified it greatly but I don;t want to get bogged down in tales of parliamentary processes and actions.

Now certain areas of national policy have to be reserved from democracy, taxation is a prime example, in a pure democracy, taxation if not desired could not exist as no one would want to pay it, so obviously there have to be democratic exceptions to the normal process.

Now in this day and age it would seem that social services are indeed a part of the democratic exception rule as also in a true democracy, their existance would also be dubious.

Now in the Queens Govt, there have always been adviser's, these mandarins offer strategies and alternatives to the cabinet and help define workable policies for the nation.

So where has it gone wrong...?

It would seem that the govts recently have all decided that matters of child protection should be dealt with heavily and have reflected that in policy making, in my own opinion, these mandarins are totally incapable of making a reasoned assessment of the real issues of child protection and either call upon the departments themselves or have a stab at it making wild guesses at solutions.

The local Authorities are delighted that the government have allowed instances of suspension of democratic process, it makes their job so much easier and of course as the years have gone on, more power is craved over the little people, or you and me. The old adage of Power Corrupts spring to mind.

Its a circular thing that seems to never break its cycle, the only thing that seems to be apparent is that large cross sections of democratic voters suddenly find themselves outside of the process with very little rights and recourse to help.

When a voter casts his vote, it is far from his mind that he is casting a vote maybe to have his rights curtailed, he possibly cannot percieve in the future that maybe by his vote for a certain faction he is sealing his doom. When a voter casts his vote, he is supporting the UK's constituition and expects that constituition to be upheld at all costs, he expects the people in power to decide matters for his best interests and to guarantee him rights of justice, law and free will.

Great Britian's democracy has become a sham and a con, the citizens no longer have an active say in their future, the government and especially Mr Blairs Govt are making sweeping decisiions that are eroding our rights everyday this is seen in attempts to remove the right of trial by jury, the continuation of the secret family courts, endorsement of persecution of citizens by social service department, small instances that add up to a larger picture, the citizen of the UK has even with a large peer group beside him, no chance whatsoever of changing the governments mind or even making a dent into any of the policies. That is NOT democracy but likened to a dictatorship, democracy lies in the hands of the people yet it seems the only ones with that sort of power is politicians and commerce, people just don't matter anymore.

Mr Blairs government is in danger of becoming a benign dictatorship and by the time the outrage level of this country has reached crisis point it will be too late.

Justice.

Is there any justice in the UK anymore, in some areas there are but injustice is growing steadily and corporate and statutorial injustice is growing quicker than anything else.

A reasonable thinking person would not think that in this country, a social worker could actually lie and deceive, make the most outrageous claims and allegations and legally take children away. But it happens, it happens a lot and the worst thing is from the government down it is totally acceptable within the establishment, it is endorsed and although not openly I think it is encouraged.

I am sick of hearing of "necessary evils", "acceptable means to an end", "its in the childs best interest", these are just blanket excuses to normalise outrageous and deviant behaviour within local government. This country has the worst track record for protecting its children, look back to the "slavery" emigrant children that were "sold" to orphanages in the colonies and literally in some cases worked to death, there is absolutely no justice in the family division that is acceptable, even when true abusers are identified, the children die or still get abused and thats with the current legislation, so why is it not working.

The whole system is on a wrong foot from the beginning, its not geared up whatsoever to the master called law or justice or even truth, its not geared up to its clients needs or its resolution of problems, its a system that cannot work without denying itself its existance, its a system that it wholly geared up to a purpose to promote and protect its workers, it is a system of the social workers for the social workers, and woe betide anyone that ever criticises this system, people who complain find themselves under attack, lose their children and even imprisoned for the siimple thing of "speaking out at poor treatment", there is no LG legislation I can see anywhere that promotes the family before the social workers rights and that is disgusting in this day and age.

A policeman can only attain a warrant if he has reasonably attained suspicions gathered through reasoned investigative processes pssed as acceptable by his force in practice, he can't one day decide, "what ho, lets raid this poor bugger to see what he has got", he must see some indication that can be seen in court as a valid reason for further investigation before he can proceed.

Not so the social worker, all a social worker needs is a suspect "anonymous" phone call, or a "hunch" or even a dislike to the persons face to launch all sorts of humiliating and terrifying events at a family. It has been voiced now for many years a sinister practice that since the emergence of mibile phones of colleagues actually makiing these "anonymous" phone calls to the department to create a threshold of "concern", I can't prove this but looking at their other dirty tricks I wouldn't put it past them.

But it does not end there.

A policeman must in court prove beyond a nationally set level of reasonable doubt that suspect A did indeed commit Crime XYZ, the days of a coppers word being evidence enough are long gone. If the said policemans evidence fails the test of law, then his case fails and the suspect cannot be retried. Also the Crown Prosecution Service prechecks the police officers case to make sure his case is courtworthy, this helps to encourage the police officer to exhaust all avenues of enquiry and his case is very black and white.

The social worker does not need to do the same, firstly all social services have their own secret and highly prejudiced secret court, the child protection conference, the parent despite loud claims from the departments has virtually no impact in these proceedings, the parent is denied legal advice but the department does not and the social worker can make many and outrageous claims and these will be treated as fact, whilst a parent can have a stack of evidence and 9 times out of ten will not be allowed to present it due to the preformatted replies of "this is not a court room" "You are being disruptive, please leave" and so forth, his solicitor is gagged and unable to participate yet social services have a senior solicitor present and he is not gagged and is allowed to influence the proceedings.

This is before it goes to private/public law courts.

Now we would have thought our salvation would lie in the real courts? Again, this blurring of justice occurs, as was seen recenty with two members of the RPSSUK, they had proof of the most outrageous of behaviours meted on them by social services, evidence of lies, deceits, false reporting, misconduct, "suspect" experts, unfounded labelling as deviant's, threatening behaviour, allegations with no proof, dirty tactics in the courtroom, all there in black and white.

So why did the judges not deal with the social services then, why did one member lose his child forever to the system, the others fate undetermined in which aspect of permanent loss he will endure, why are the judges allowing this behaviour to occur at our expense?

In criminal law, if a witness or expert is found to be deceitful then he MUST be treated as unreliable, his testimony MUST NOT be relied upon in the decision making process of the judge. So why does the Judge in family courts bypass this very basic safeguard.

So when a Judge makes his declaration of law being done, what has he before him:

• A report founded wholly on opinions with no backing evidence or requirement of backing evidence
• A preformatted "verdict" from the child protection conference which is geared against the individual
• A selection of labels attached to the indivduals decrying them as "mentally ill", "abusive", "fraudalent", "deceitful", "controlling"
• Reports from so called experts that back social services viewpoints to the hilt yet still provide nothing more than jazzed up opinions
• Major omissions of facts that could change the face of things or minor things that become so bloated with innuendo that make the original event look unrecogniseable

He also has your reports in front of him, well, what can he think, theres the professionals with their slick lawyers, experts etc and theres you, you aren't a professional, you obviously have something wrong with you as social services have omitted to tell them about the initial "anonymous" phone call that started it all, this judge looks at you and unless you have some really compelling evidence, dismisses you as irrelevant and he WILL prefer social services tissue of lies over your evidence every time.

He will over look major contradictions, he will not see obvious lies and attacks, he will judge against you because he is preconceived to take their viewpoint.

That is not Justice in any sense of the word

Equality

Like Justice, what is equality?

Theres no equality for us either, whether its because many of us are on low incomes, or have some sort of social problems or we want to be a single dad or a combination of many factors that see us stumble by the wayside, there is no equality for us.

Ask any member of Fathers 4 Justice if there is equality in law and society in general, their answer would be NO

Looking at the evidence of the way social services treat as pariahs and not as an equal section of this country, there is no equality unless its the right to be equally persecuted that is.

It would seem that equality can not exist in this country, Labour promise it yet I am a victim of its absence and I share this with a huge amount of people in the UK, there is no equality.

Equality is a grand concept and many organisatiions do try to get there but until the trend is set as an enforced national right and expectation to be treated one and the same, then there cannot be equality, for organisations like social services which is elitist and holds itself above its clients, there can not be equality there either.

The ideals of communism was that all men and women were the same, in rank, stature and caste, look how that became corrupt and elitist, this country has been like it for centuries and a few acts wont change that part of life. All the time governments allow social workers to rise above the laws of the land and common decency, well there can never be equality in child protection and it is one place it is absolutely crucial.

It should not matter to a social worker if you live in a palace or a council flat, work or sign on, keep the place spotless or have a mess, if you have brown, white or other coloured skin.

If you are a man or a woman....

These factors should never impact in your dealings with them, anything else is discrimination
